01 Masseter Muscle Relaxation and TMJ Balance
- Movement: Open your mouth slightly and place your fist under your chin. Try to open your jaw downward while pushing upward with your fist, creating tension between the two.
- Effect: Softens hypertrophied masseter muscles and balances the left and right sides of the temporomandibular joint.
02 Front Cheek Volume and Nasolabial Fold Reduction
- Movement: Slightly press your lips toward your teeth and, as if making an "eun" sound, lift the corners of your mouth using only your cheek muscles; hold for 10 seconds.
- Effect: Strengthens the zygomaticus muscles to enhance front cheek volume and soften nasolabial folds.
03 Prevention of Under-Chin Sagging and Mentalis Muscle Relaxation
- Movement: Place the tip of your tongue on the spot on the roof of your mouth, and repeat the motion of opening and closing your lower jaw about 30 times.
- Effect: Contracts the muscles under the chin to prevent sagging and releases tension from overactive mentalis muscles.
04 Prevention of Sagging Around the Eyes
- Movement: Lightly fix both corners of your eyes with your index and middle fingers, try to lift your lower eyelids upward, and hold in a narrowed-eye state for 10 seconds.
- Effect: Firmly supports the eye structure to prevent sagging around the eyes.
