01 5 Eyelid Exercises for Ptosis Improvement

  • 1. Eyelid Squats (Basic Exercise):
    • - Place your hand on your forehead to keep the muscles from moving.
    • - Without using your forehead muscles, open your eyes as wide as possible using only your eyelid strength and hold for 5 seconds.
    • - Slowly close your eyes and rest for 5 seconds. (Repeat 10 times, 2-3 sets a day)
  • 2. Head Down, Eyes Up (Levator Palpebrae Superioris Focus):
    • - Tilt your head down about 30 degrees and look straight ahead.
    • - Keeping your head fixed, raise only your eyeballs as high as possible and hold for 5 seconds.
    • - Relax and look straight ahead again. (Repeat 10 times)
  • 3. Blinking (Mรผller's Muscle Strengthening):
    • - With your eyes wide open, blink as quickly as possible 10 times.
    • - Then close your eyes and rest for 5 seconds. (Repeat 5 times)
  • 4. Resistance Exercise:
    • - Place your index finger on your eyelid.
    • - Simultaneously apply force to close your eye and push up with your finger, holding for 3-5 seconds. (Repeat 10 times)
  • 5. Upward Gaze Exercise:
    • - Keeping your head fixed straight ahead, raise only your eyeballs upwards and hold for 5 seconds.
    • - Look straight ahead again, then repeat the upward movement. (Repeat 10 times)

02 Eye Wrinkle & Muscle Elasticity Strengthening Exercises

  • Crow's Feet Wrinkle Management: Form a V-shape with your index and middle fingers and place them on the outer corners of your eyes. While looking upwards, slowly close your eyes as if tightening the muscles under your eyes. Use your fingers to smooth out wrinkles and hold for 10-20 seconds. (Repeat 3 times)
  • Orbicularis Oculi Strengthening: Fix your glabella (area between eyebrows) with your hand, and vigorously move your eyeballs up, down, right, and left, using strength throughout your eyes. (5-10 minutes a day)

03 Acupressure for Eye Fatigue Relief

Gently press each acupoint with your fingertips to relieve eye fatigue and improve blood circulation.

  • Jongmyeong-hyeol: Between the eye and nose
  • Chanjuk-hyeol: Inner end of the eyebrow
  • Sajukgong-hyeol: Outer end of the eyebrow
  • Dongjaryo-hyeol: Indented area at the outer corner of the eye
  • Taeyang-hyeol: Temple
  • Seungeup-hyeol: Vertically below the pupil

04 Forehead & Glabella Wrinkle Massage

  • Forehead Wrinkle Massage: Tie a towel tightly around your hairline, then apply oil to your forehead. Massage your entire forehead with your index and middle fingers in circular motions. (Twice a day, 10 minutes each)
  • Glabella Wrinkle Massage (Corrugator Supercilii): Cross your index fingers on your glabella, holding one hand fixed. With the other finger, massage by pushing straight up to the center of your eyebrow.
