Regulations on the Use of Ulpit Oriental Medicine Clinic Services

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these terms is to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the clinic and the users in using the website and AI chatbot services (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") operated by Ulpit Oriental Medicine Clinic (hereinafter referred to as the "Clinic").

Article 2 (Definition of Terms)
  • "Service" refers to all services provided by the Clinic through its website and AI chatbot, such as hospital information, health consultation (information provision), and appointment registration.
  • "User" refers to members and non-members who receive services provided by the Clinic in accordance with these terms.
  • "AI Chatbot" refers to an automated conversational system based on artificial intelligence algorithms that answers users' questions and assists with medical appointment bookings.
Article 3 (Contents and Limitations of Service)

The Clinic provides the following services.

  1. Provision of information on clinical fields (facial asymmetry, TMJ, lifting, etc.)
  2. Real-time consultation and reservation support using the AI chatbot
  3. Other tasks determined by the Clinic

Medical Limitations The information provided in this service (including the AI chatbot) is for reference purposes only to assist user understanding and cannot replace a formal diagnosis by medical staff. To accurately identify symptoms and receive treatment, users must visit the clinic and consult with medical staff.

Absence of Payment Function There is no online payment (PG) system within this website. All payments for medical fees and procedures are made on-site after visiting the clinic.

Article 4 (Special Agreement on Reservation and AI Chatbot Use)

Users can schedule medical appointments through the AI chatbot or the website form.

[Use of Conversation Content for Medical Treatment]

When a user confirms an appointment through the AI chatbot, the contents of the conversation with the chatbot (reported symptoms, procedures of interest, consultation history, etc.) may be delivered to the Clinic's medical staff and used as medical reference material for more accurate diagnosis and consultation.
* Users are considered to have consented to the provision of chatbot conversation content to medical staff upon making a reservation.

Article 5 (Protection of Personal Information)

The Clinic values user's personal information and protects it in accordance with relevant laws and the Clinic's "Privacy Policy". However, system administrators and medical staff may access the database for reservation management.

Article 6 (Disclaimer)
  • 1. The Clinic is exempt from liability for providing services in the event that services cannot be provided due to natural disasters or equivalent force majeure.
  • 2. The Clinic is not responsible for any outcomes resulting from a user's misunderstanding of the chatbot's responses as a professional medical diagnosis.
  • 3. The Clinic is not responsible for any service interruptions caused by the user's fault.

These terms are effective as of January 12, 2026.
